Elevators are a real headache. expect long waits with too many guests crammed inside. The TV didn’t work, no electric converter in the room, and the bathroom fixtures seemed on the verge of falling apart. Also, the shuttle service was unreliable, with overcrowding and no fixed schedule, making it a hassle to get around. Markets nearby only accept cash, which is inconvenient for those relying on cards.

Positive, The staff were fantastic and the rooms were really clean. The free bus service to the mosque was super convenient, taking just 5 minutes. We loved the 15-minute walk to the Haram with the kids. Great experience overall! 😊

this hotel has a lovely entrance, an absoluteley stunning facade, but honestly, it took forever to get an elevator, and when i did, my room was a complete letdown. also, i thought i woudl get complimentary tea supplies, but no such luck. they should really consider treating all guests as special, don’t you think?

Ehdaa exceeded my expectations during our family holiday! The location was perfect, and we loved the grocery market right next to the hotel. The free shuttle to the Haram made everything so convenient.

Recommend it for families with children
The location is perfect! ! Free shuttle bus to get to the mosque every 30-45 minutes made our comings and goings easy. Plus, having a couple of Baqalah nearby was a life-saver for snacks and essentials.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for us, it was still a decent option.

Elevator waits were a bummer
The room was basic, nothing special, but at least it was clean. The staff were nice, and I liked the little cafe nearby for breakfast. The shuttle to the mosque was super handy except it took forever to get to an elevator. Waiting for it was such a drag!
